Please send us an e-mail with your dates of travel and tour request using the CONTACT page.
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Payment can be made by PayPal, by credit card through the secure portal of PayPal, or by wire transfer. We will send you an invoice as soon as the date and details of the tour have been determined.
All tours are 100% refundable up to 30 days prior to the tour date. After that date, tours are non-refundable (cancellation fee: 100%).
Tours go rain or shine. In case of truly inclement weather, we will attempt to give you an alternative date. If we are unable to reschedule, you will get a full refund.
